I am giving the children a practice math test for homework tonight. Students who told me that they do not have web access at home were given a paper copy of the test. The link is below.

I wanted to review elapsed time with the children for one more day. It seems like something clicked for a lot of them today. The mistakes I saw today were simple mistakes usually related to neatness.
I think the problem the children were having was they thought we all had to get to the answer in the same way. I told them we could get it in different ways, but we had to get to the same answer.
My suggestion was to think of elapsed time as one of three things:
I had also taught the students how to create a table to collect the data, but I have not seen anyone using that strategy.
THE TEST WAS SWITCHED TO WEDNESDAY!

Student are working on biography projects. I have to see where they are on those, but I would like to finish those up and review them by next week if not before.
Thanks!
